Here at Living Oaks Church, we desire that our students know, trust, and obey our Savior, Jesus Christ. All that we do in student ministries are geared towards a deeper relationship with God and a deeper relationship with those around us. Our Sunday services, Wednesday night groups, and special events are great for those who want to deepen their faith and for those who may be hearing about Jesus for the first time. D-Groups
Learning how to apply the Bible to your life is essential! Each Wednesday night Middle and High School students gather to worship God together, grow in small discussion groups, and go into their context to share what we have learned that week! At the end of each month we have an event night that is focused solely on having fun! Don’t miss out! Join us at 6:30-8:30PM in the youth room in our upper building (1077 Business Center Circle, Newbury Park).
Student Sundays
On the second Sunday of the month, middle and high school students meet in the youth room at 10A! Starting with a breakfast and a time to catch up with friends and leading into worship. We’ll hear a special message from Pastor Dexter and end our time with a live Q&A session. These gatherings will be a chance to continue meeting as a youth group on the weekends!

The Turkey Table
The whole family is invited!!
Join us November 16th at 6:30PM for a delicious Thanksgiving meal with other families involved with youth ministry! There will be a brief devotional with a fun game to follow that all are welcome to participate in!
This will be a potluck style dinner, so we are asking families to bring one item for our meal! Check back soon for the list of items your family could bring to this event!
It Is Finished
As Christians, we are called to be 'sober-minded and watchful' towards our enemy. But we first need to know who the enemy is in order to fulfill this command. 'It Is Finished' is a new sermon series that will shed light on our great enemy all while leaving us more in love with our Savior. Join us to learn more about how God always has and always will defeat Satan.

We are Sojourn Student Ministries. To “sojourn” means to stay somewhere temporarily, to move onwards, to journey. As Christians, we acknowledge that this world is not our ultimate home and we desire journey through this life together, in community, with our hearts and minds focused on our savior. At Sojourn Student Ministries you will connect with leaders who care about you, create lasting friendships with others, and grow in your understanding of God and his love for you. Oh, it’s going to be a blast as well! We can’t wait to meet you and we’re looking forward to journeying through life with you.
